Basic vegetable strew with a bit of south Indian twist.
fry
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 2 handful cut veg (carrot, beans, cauliflower)
fill up with water, add
- 1 tsp ginger, chopped
- 1 tsp curry leaf
- 1 pinch kardamom
- 1 pinch garam masala
- 1 pinch salt
cook on strong flame, add
- 1 green chili, cut up in three pieces
- 2 tbsp potato, precooked
when everything is cooked add
- 5 tsp coconut cream
