Curry Paste a la Jairam Cafe

Every cook has it’s own recipe when it comes to curry/chili pastes.

chop and deep fry

  • 200g onion

remove excess oil, add

  • 25g garlic, chopped
  • 25g ginger, minced
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 3-5 tsp chili powder
  • 6-10 tsp coriander powder
  • 4-5 tomato, chopped

cook for 10 min on low temperature, add

  • 50g cashew paste
