Precooked curry paste for Thai soups and noodle dishes, no fancy Thai herbs needed.
chop and fry in
- 10 tbs of oil
- 3 tbs shallots or onion
- 3 tbs garlic
- 3 tbs carrots
add
- 6-10 big dry chili, seeds removed
optional add
- 1 tbsp cashew nuts
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp miso paste (replacing some soy sauce)
fry everything, finally season with
- 3 tsp sugar
- 3 tbs soy sauce
- 1 tbs lime juice
