Tom Yam Curry Paste

Precooked curry paste for Thai soups and noodle dishes, no fancy Thai herbs needed.

chop and fry in

  • 10 tbs of oil
  • 3 tbs shallots or onion
  • 3 tbs garlic
  • 3 tbs carrots

add

  • 6-10 big dry chili, seeds removed

optional add

  • 1 tbsp cashew nuts
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp miso paste (replacing some soy sauce)

fry everything, finally season with

  • 3 tsp sugar
  • 3 tbs soy sauce
  • 1 tbs lime juice

blend
