Thai Hot and Sour Soup with Coconut Milk


  • 1 handful tofu, cubes

separately boil

  • 1½ cups of water
  • 2 slices galangal
  • 2 pc. lemon grass, 5cm
  • 2 kaffir lime leaves

add and cook until tender

  • 2 tbs carrot, sliced
  • 2 tbs tomatos, chopped
  • 2 tbs onion, chopped
  • handfull seasonal vegetable, chopped (green beans, baby corn, mushroom,…)
  • tofu, prefried

before you stop the heat, season with

stop the heat, garnish with

  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp spring onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp coriander, chopped
