Thai Hot and Sour Soup with Coconut Milk
fry
- 1 handful tofu, cubes
separately boil
- 1½ cups of water
- 2 slices galangal
- 2 pc. lemon grass, 5cm
- 2 kaffir lime leaves
add and cook until tender
- 2 tbs carrot, sliced
- 2 tbs tomatos, chopped
- 2 tbs onion, chopped
- handfull seasonal vegetable, chopped (green beans, baby corn, mushroom,…)
- tofu, prefried
before you stop the heat, season with
- 2 tbs soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar or molasses
- 1 tsp tom yam chili paste
- 4 tbs coconut milk
stop the heat, garnish with
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 1 tsp spring onion, chopped
- 1 tsp coriander, chopped
