Eaten with rice and curry and is also part of the traditional Keralite sadhya. Om So Hum.
fry in coconut oil
- 1 tbsp mustard seed
- 1 tbsp chopped ginger
- 1 tbsp curry leafs
add
- 1 handful of chopped cabbage
- 1 handful ground coconut
steam under closed lid with
- 3 tbsp water
add
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp salt
roast on low flame until brown
