soak and grind
- 6 tbsp flax or chia seeds
- 1 cup of water
separately melt
- 350g margarine
stir in
- the flax/chia seed mush
- 500g sugar
- 3 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 130g cocoa powder
- 300g flour
- 200g walnuts
bake at 180ÂșC for 20min
wait for the brownies to cool down
melt (waterbath, microwave…)
- 300g chocolate
and spread on top
