shred and cook
- 1 plantain or green banana
- 1 big potato
- 200g pumpkin
- 1 coarsely cut onion
- 1 carrot
- 100g zucchini
- 3 red chili (big pieces)
separately blend
- 1 coconut
- 1 tsp. turmeric powder
- 2 tbsp. cumin seed
and add when almost done
