Vegan Recipe


This Coconut/Veggi dish is part of the south Indian banquet called Sadhya.

shred and cook

  • 1 plantain or green banana
  • 1 big potato
  • 200g pumpkin
  • 1 coarsely cut onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 100g zucchini
  • 3 red chili (big pieces)

separately blend

  • 1 coconut
  • 1 tsp. turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp. cumin seed

and add when almost done
