Simple and mouth-licking-delicious Tempeh preparation
deep fry
- 400g tempeh
fry separately
- 200ml chili sauce
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp salt
add
- prepared tempeh
- 2 tbsp kecap manis
- 1 lime, juiced (or some Tamarind?!)
Alternative recipe: use eggplant instead of tempeh
