Tony’s chili sauce for his Balinese buffet dishes
- ΒΌ onion
- 5 garlic toes
- 2 stalks lemongrass
- 1 pc galangal (thumb sized)
- 2 pc turmeric (thumb sized)
- 4 small red onions or shallots
- 5 pc big chili
blend with water and boil with juice from
- 2 kg tomatoes
