Chia mango coconut pudding


Cold mix and stir occasionally. Ready to eat after 2—8h.

  • 50g chia seed
  • 50g dried mango, chopped
  • 500g coconut milk (thai style from the box)
  • 200g water

Of course use fresh mango if you happen to live in a tropical country during mango season. I envy you.
