Good old pumpkin cream with a little twist. Pepper paste can be found in the Azores and eastern European countries.
Fry
- 1 Onion
- 1 Carrot
- 400 g Pumpkin
- Broccoli stem
- 1 tbsp Curcuma
- 1 tbsp Curry powder
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 3 tbsp Salty pepper paste
- 3 Laurel leaves
Add
- 2 cups water
- 400ml coconut cream
Blend and cook once more with
- Broccoli florets
Serve with kiln pumpkin seeds and toast with olive oil.
