Beet/Horseradish mush

Delightful spicy pink spread on bread or potatoes. Did I mention it’s pink?

Wash and kiln to a golden colour

  • 150g sunflower seeds

Add and blend with

  • 75g olive oil
  • 40g lemon juice or apple juice and vinegar
  • 100g smoked tofu
  • 5g nutritional yeast
  • 250g precooked beets
  • 40g shredded horseradish
  • 2 tsp majoran
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp salt
