Savory dip for fresh or steam cooked vegetables and spring rolls
preheat pan and oil to fry
- 100g chopped tomato
- 1 small onion, chopped
until it disintegrates. add
- 1 tsp. thai style red chilli paste
- 2 tbsp. ground peanuts
dilute with
- 6 tbsp. coconut cream
finish cooking by adding
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. lime juice or tamarind
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
