Make Tofu from soy beans!
- soak soy beans overnight
- peel beans as good as possible
- blend beans with water
- (steam=)boil mushed beans
- strain okara from soymilk
- add Magnesium Sulfate (AKA Bitter Salt, Epsum Salt) or Citric Acid sparingly to the soymilk to coagulate
- fill curdled soymilk/tofu into froms, press
- wash pressed tofu in cold water
