Making Tempeh

Make fresh tempeh from Soy beans!

  • soak, peel, boil and strain soybeans
  • dry, cool beans, carefully pick any bad ones
  • thoroughly mix in the spores
  • pack 200g in ziplock bag, flatten bag
  • incubate mushroom at 30℃ for 48 hours
