chop and deep fry
- 200g onion
remove excess oil, add
- 25g garlic, chopped
- 25g ginger, minced
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 3-5 tsp chili powder
- 6-10 tsp coriander powder
- 4-5 tomato, chopped
cook for 10 min on low temperature, add
- 50g cashew paste
