Peanut Sauce, Bali

One of the preparations for making Balinese Gadu-Gadu; buffet style proportions.

roast (kiln)

  • 1 kg peanuts

blend with

  • 3 pc garlic toes
  • ½ tbsp sugar
  • ½ tbsp salt
  • 1-2 tbsp kecup manis
  • juice of 1 lime

cook for 5 min.
