super nice vegetarian chili invented by Raluceta
chop and fry consecutively
- 2 Onion
- 1 Carrot
- 2 Cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp. chili
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp coriander leaves (or majoran)
- 50g tomato paste
add
- 300 ml water
- 1 tsp instant veggie stock
- 1 can of kidney beans (255/400g)
spice up with
- salt to taste
- black pepper
cover with
- grated cheese
serve with rice and crunchy roasted onions
